Cancellation Policy
Indycollectic at VV Studios requires 24 hour notice prior to any cancellation/rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment is considered a no-show and fees will apply. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in 20% of the scheduled service fee.
